The modern and elegant Alexios Gourmet Lounge boasts a terrace with astonishing Caldera views over the volcanic islands.A three level building right in the heart of Oia / just a 2 mins walk from the bus terminal /taxi station ( right opposite the Panagia Platsani church which is the main church of Oia village) , brand new ,opened up 2021 . A concept of pure luxury that combines modern elements in a lovely old Mansion that was built at the beginning of the century before the earthquake .Famous Greek Artists were engaged in order to create all the ancient Minoan ladies statues that are located in the building . Linear A is a writing system that was used by the Minoans from 1800 to 1450 BC to write the Minoan language. You can see inscriptions of Linear A at the top floor / terrace , Linear A was the primary script used in palace and religious writings of the Minoan civilization.On the down level theres a lovely space just for a few tables in a superb private environment.

Trendy with great view

We visited here twice on a holiday in Santorini. It is a trendy looking champagne bar with great views of the caldera. The staff were great and recommended a lovely local wine. Definitely visit here if you are in Oia,

Lovely Greek food and a beautiful setting!

Definitely worth a visit. Traditional Greek menu and warm welcome guaranteed! This restaurant has a beautiful cliffside view of Oia, perfect for around sunset. The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. The waiters were very attentive and provided us with blankets in the colder October sunset. Very pleasing aesthetics - beautiful crockery!

Worth it for the view alone, enhanced by the view, flavours and service.

The food is free, you pay for the view. However, the food and the service was amazing too. Spent the day in Santorini and delighted we found Alexios

Amazing staff and great food!

AMAZING SERVICE and GREAT FOOD!! we went to this beautiful restaurant for my mum’s birthday and the staff created a memorable night, with music, lots of candles and champagne (offer by the owener )! Everyone was so kind to us!! Highly recommended! One of the most beautiful view in Santorini.

Absolute gem of a restaurant! 1920’s Art Deco vibes with amazing food and exceptional service!

On a second honeymoon in Santorini Oia this weekend and kept walking past this beautiful little bar/restaurant with its incredible view, so glad we decided to take a chance one evening as we were left totally blown away! From the moment you sit down you feel like you are back in the 1920’s era with old jazz playing in the background and when the drinks arrive everything is presented in exquisite crystal glass and decadent silverware, even the bill was placed in a cut Crystal lidded pot, we ordered tapas style bites and champagne by the glass and everything was amazing!!!!! If you can get a table it is a total must in Oia!!!!

Great place with amazing view and delicious food/drinks

We ve been with our baby there twice. As we needed bit more space the owner gave us both times the best table in the front corner with an amazing view. Overall the service is excellent. The staff and owner are very friendly. We will come again!
