Heracles Pension

Stayed for 3 days in August. Heracles was an excellent host and Can’t recommend His hospitality enough. The apartments are clean and spacious with everything you need including a fantastic shower. - wonderful views of the mountains too. 5 stars ⭐️

Stayed there for two night. This is a clean, quiet, good value for money place. Our room had a nice balcony with mountains view. Above all, Heracles (the owner) is a great host and made us feel very welcome. Would truly recommend the place.

The Pension is set just down from the main road making it a quiet place to stay with wonderful views of the mountains. The room was bright and cheerful (many interesting original paintings), a good size and with comfortable beds. The shower was really good. The view from the balcony of the mountains and trees and geraniums was lovely. There was a clothes horse so we could dry our swimming things. Heracles was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Breakfast seemed a bit expensive but the room is very cheap so if you add the two together it is still a good price overall. You probably wouldn’t get a better breakfast in the village for the price. Orange juice lovely and an amazing array of home made jam. The hotel is handy for walking around the village and Spili a great location for visiting the surrounding area, We did two good walks while we were there. …

We stayed at Heracles for one night and had a pleasant stay in Spili. Heracles is very friendly himself and shows the wonderful Greece hospitality. The rooms are clean and with a basic interior, but as it is in a quiet village we thought this was rather fitting. Even though there were multiple guest during our stay, we only noticed this due to an increasing number of cars in the parking lot (there was no noise etc.). The location is a few minutes’ walk away from the city center, but even with a child it was not far. Service 9/10 Location 8/10 Cleanliness 9/10 Room/Facilities 8/10 Price-Value 9/10 (40 € per night)
