Hermes Hotel

Our second stay at Hermes but first holiday with our one year old. Still as good as we remembered, good value hotel close to the beach strip. Service always friendly, at breakfast we were always brought a banana from the waiter especially for the baby which was so thoughtful and lovely. The pool is a great size and they have toys and inflatables around the pool but still nice for adults. The bar is great, cocktails reasonable and tasty. Room was clean and modern, bathroom was a bit so-so but it was fine. Thank you for another great stay!

Really enjoyed my recent stay in Hermes Hotel. Very comfortable beds (essential!), lovely breakfast every day, great staff who are friendly and very willing to help with anything. I was sick for the first two days and they very kindly got me more tablets and gave me the food I needed in my room. The pool area is fab and extremely clean. Lunch options are delicious and great prices, super service at all time. Only a 7min walk to the beach and the centre of Kamari which has a huge number of great restaurants, bars and shops. We both got massages from Mickey, a lady from the UK who gives the BEST massages... highly recommended - arrange at the front desk. Highly recommended hotel for a great stay in the lovely town of Kamari.

Great location and private. The breakfast was superb, great variety! The staff were really helpful and friendly. Commendation to the staff with clear covid protocols in place. Masks and visors at all times and strict hygiene protocols at breakfast. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The shower is small and a little cramped. Overall a really great stay.

What a lovely place to stay! The rooms although not luxurious are reasonably modern and comfortable and you’re welcome to have them cleaned as little or as often as you like. The pools and outdoor areas are well maintained with plenty of sunloungers and places to sit. It’s kept really clean and tidy and the seating area outside the hotel entrance is pretty and comfortable. A 5 minute stroll takes you down to the beach front bars and restaurants where there’s something for everyone. Whilst there we visited Juicy Burger, Amelia Tavern, Koralli and Perigiali Tavern which were all amazing and the staff very attentive. I’d also recommend a visit to Dolce Bar, they have a varied drinks menu and a good atmosphere. We went to Santorini to attend a family wedding so travelled around the island to meet others as well as sightseeing. Rather than use buses (as we were short on time) we used the hotels recommended transfer company who again were brilliant. Finally the hotel staff can’t do enough for you, very friendly and extremely helpful. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you!! (and please look after the cat for us) …
