Ktima Garas

Last summer was our third year in a row to stay in Ktima Garas and this year this property will be our first choice. Beautiful memories and wonderful people. Everything is absolutely perfect for family holiday.

Great vacation place. Nice studio, with kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, very close to the sea. Hot water all the time, even at the showers outside on the property. Popi and Mihalis are always there for if you need anything. I highly recommend it!

We are family with two kids ( 3 and 5 years old). The reason of choosing this accommodation was the spacious garden for kids to play as well the really close beach. Since we didn’t have direct recommendation, we can say it was great choice. Room was big enough with separate kitchen and all equipment which is needed, also cleanliness is at high level. Especially interesting was the outside shower which can be used by all guests and barbeque with tables for sitting in the evening. Hosts are very pleasant and warm people, they are always there to ask them and to help you. We are also very pleased with place Paralia Panteleimon, it is small and charming with few bakeries, supermarkets and taverns, also small luna park for kids. We took the touristic train to Platamonas, it is nice ride and there is very nice to take walk in the evening. Also Leptokaria is close and it is good for buying groceries in bigger supermarkets. I’ve spent 10 beautiful days here with my family and we all really felt like we’re at home. The place is situated at the beach and it has got its own garden, perfect for the kids. Also it is in the center of this small place. Rooms are very, very clean so we were complitely satisfied. As for now, we’re planning to come again next summer, too.
