Amazing dinner experience

We came for dinner and shared a few plates between us. They are all huge considering the decent prices! Everything was really good, especially the grilled chicken and the aubergine dip. The waiter was fab and let us taste a few wines and was really helpful with our food selection. The place had a lovely buzz about it, was really popular with locals and in a super good location. At the end we got around 3 free shots and a little dessert and everything was just absolutely delicious!

Great local restaurant to enjoy Crete as it should be!

Super friendly staff, super good local cuisine… We had a great evening due to the host of this place. You could really tell that we were their guests.

Hidden jewel in Chania

We decided to go here on a whim and were very happy to have made this decision. Food was fantastic, best lamb chops we’ve ever eaten in all our lives; delicious salad and side vegetables, very friendly service. First place we will visit once we go back to Chania. Only recommendation - please give a party of 5 the next time 2 tables, as the tables are tiny.

Great little place!

We went to eat here last Sunday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left. The menu includes a range of traditional dishes, some with a little twist that really made my boyfriend’s day! The meat was succulent and soft, the salad tasty and the bread divine! In the catalogue, there is a list with all the sources for the material they use- they are all locally produced in Crete and some of them organic. We were particularly enthusiastic with the handpicked oregano from Omalos mountain! Service was great too and the atmosphere is lovely. We are definitely going back!

Very traditional menu

I went in Mikro Kelari with friends Its in the street that all the localcs love,in Daliani and the menu is super delicious,most of the plates are trafitional and very tastfull The service is very nice and the staff very friendly Gor sure will be in this restaurant again.

Amazing meat place

Unpretentious, simple meat dishes done to perfection. We ordered the roasted lamb and the skin was crispy and the meat very tender. Cretan salad was also juicy and fresh here (tomatoes on the side because James doesn’t like them). The server was very charming and “helped us” with finishing our Raki that we were politely nursing after many days of drinking. Some of the best meat in old Chania town. Wish we came back to try more!

Best restaurant in Chania!

We were in Chania for 10 nights and went this restaurant 4 nights in a row - would have been more if we had found it earlier! The service is great, waitors are always smiling! The food is AMAZING! If you are a vegetarian you would not agree as this is a serious BBQ spot! Food is locally sourced and cooked fresh every day. The meat is super tasty and cooked beautifully! My mouth is salivating just writing this review! Last but not least, you get all of this at such a small price. This probably explains why it is a favourite for locals!
