Nicholas Studios & Apartments

My wife and I stayed at Nicholas Studios & Apartments for one week. Upon arrival we unfortunately had to wait app. 3 hours, before we could be accomodated in our room. The waiting-time was spend at the nice reception/pool bar area with cold beers and good company from the fellow travellers and our host/bartender Costas. The room, pool and poolbar are great and the hotel is located within walking distance from the local beach andf town center. Unfortunately, the weather (week 41) was crappy with heavy rain and low temperatures almost every day, but this did not prevent us from having a pleasent stay and holiday at Nicholas Studios & Apartments.

We travelled as a couple from Austria and we stayed there for almost 2 weeks and we had a really great time in this perfect holiday accomodation. Our room was beautiful (kitchenette, aircondition, fridge), with a great view over the bay and the sea. The rooms were cleaned on a regularly basis, with changing of towels and toilett things, whenever we liked. The whole resort was very clean, with beautiful flowers and tables outside, for having small things to eat at any time, by the way really good food. Superb pool facility, also the pool bar was beautiful, nice cocktails and in the evening there is great music and fresh beer from the tap. The complex is within walking distance to the city center of Skiathos town and very easy to reach. The beach is 5 minutes walk ! We really recommend this perfect holiday accomodation ! The manager of Nicholas studios, Mr. Yannis Katounis, was also very helpful and hospitable, he alsways was a big help and support. Also the hospitality and support of the staff (especially a the pool bar, Nicholas and his lovely mother) at Nicholas Studios have been outstanding and favulous, everybody has given us a really great holiday feeling. Even though we were there during the Corona period and despite this challenging time we had a wonderful holiday in this great resort and on this beautiful island and would come back at anytime. Now we are really sad, that it is already over ....... …

This place is fantastic for your stay on Skiathos. The family is very kind and helpfull. Great food and drinks at the pool bar. Pool area is superb. Near a beach and the bus which can take you to Skiathos town in 10 minutes or to other beaches along the coast.

We stayed one week in a studio, it was recently renovated and very fresh and modern. The location is very good, short walk to the beach, bus-stop is very close and you can easily walk to the center of Skiathos in the evening. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the pool and gardens were very well tended to and had a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was well equipped, but you can also get tasty food and drinks at the poolbar. There are also several supermarkets close by. If someone is looking for a relaxing holiday for a reasonable price, I really recommend staying here.
