Superb!

Ta Kymata is set at the far end of the harbour and worth the walk. We have ate here many times and the food and service was always superb!

Keep going to the end of the harbour...

... and you will get to Ta Kymata. A very understated place but well worth a visit at least once during your stay for good authentic Greek choices, with very genuine and helpful staff. We had the Goat with prunes, a classic Skopelos dish, and "Grandma’s Chicken", both delivering exactly what they promised. If we were staying here for longer, we would definitely have returned more than once.

Pleasant staff, delicious food

We order some fried calamari , french fries and 2 salads with some wine and beer everything was delicious !A proper fish tavern .the staff were amazingly friendly and pleasant especially Andreas. Highly recommended

We love it!

The great restautant of the nice brothers. We love it every time we go there. We go into the kitchen and hear them tell about the various dishes. Everything delicious, and prices are more than reasonable. Very busy in August, waiting time may occur.

One of our favorite meals on the island

we were taken here by a friend of ours who grew up on Skopelos, and it did not disappoint. Everything here is amazing- the menu varies day by day but we recommend the goat with prunes, the chicken with potatoes and mushrooms, and the moussaka. Make sure to go and look in the kitchen at what specialties they have each day!

Top quality family restaurant by the harbourside

We have been to Skopelos 6 of the last 7 years and eaten at this restaurant around 30 times so it ranks as our favourite of all of those we have visited. It is situated at the very end of the harbour so is ideally placed for you to see what’s happening in the harbour as boats and ferries arrive and leave during your meal. The menu is well presented and offers a good variety of choice from seafood, grills and salads to the traditional home cooked Greek options. We ate here 3 times this year and on each occasion our choices were served promptly, well cooked and were extremely tasty. Similar to a number of restaurants in Skopelos it is a family run business and we are made to feel welcome each time we visit and that’s probably why we keep going back. Oh and the food is consistently excellent.
